Jean-Michel Cohen, MD, PhD, is the foremost nutrition specialist in France.     Nice recipes, French Expert Nutritionnist N°1  JM.Cohen gives us a lot of good tips and a great method to reach our goals !
    I have already lose more than 20 pounds with his method and without any restriction in France...
    the most important it has been to keep this notion of Pleasure and sharing good food, healthy with all my family !
     in fact ,basically, "it's easy to do, easy to share, easy to remember " :-)

    Bought the book as a gift.

    I bought the book for a friend who is a Francophile and I thought she would get a kick out of it. She has thanked me profusely and is anxious to get started on the eating
    style. It was a good choice for my friend.
