I found this book generated a real variety of emotions as I read it. I ranged through being inspired, frustrated, encouraged, connected, disconnected, passionate, confused, etc. Most of the time I was in agreement with what I was reading and occasionally I was in complete disagreement. Ultimately I was intrigued, fascinated and left wanting even more. This book truly challenged me to become a better person. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. E=mc2. It's a simple equation yet its implications could, and do, fill volumes. Kabbalah is the the revelation of His Godliness to his creatures. Simple. But reading all the books dealing with authentic Kabbalah, much less the books by authors who don't know what they're talking about, would be a daunting task indeed.
Michael Laitman comes to our rescue with his book, The Path of Kabbalah. In this book he manages to explain the what, why and how of a very complex subject and present it in a digestible form. It appeals to both the beginner and the experienced student of kabbalah.

I Also Recommend:
The Path to Kabbalah, by Dr. Michael Laitman, teaches us the authentic Kabbalist view of the true structure of reality and how and why we have come to perceive it as we do. It teaches us about the human soul, past present and future and explains the interconnectedness of all souls and existence itself. More inspiring than merely informative, this book is for all students of Kabbalah to read over and over again. I would not recommend this as a first read on this subject, but it is a must read once you begin to go down the Path of Kabbalah. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. When I started reading The Path of Kabbalah I soon realized this is a book that teaches that real freedom is available for individuals, nations and the world. This wisdom contains the structure of reality and our perception of reality as the basis of the path of Kabbalah. The Path of Kabbalah is a wonderful book of instruction on changing our perceptions in order to awaken to the actual realities and freedom that can be ours in this lifetime.
Detailing our past, present and future and the world view that determines how we see things, and how our perception decides our reactions, feelings and reality as well as the importance of changing our perception in order to change our reality.
I found the question and answer section in parts one through seven particularly helpful in expanding on and clarifying passages in each chapter. Answers to such as: What is life for? Can we influence the events of our lives? and How do our thoughts affect our environment?
The chapter on Genesis, the seven days of Creation, presents authentic Kabbalistic wisdom on the reality of Torah. This is a clear demonstration of how a changed perception can enhance reality. Concluding with the story of Abraham and how his experiences relate as much to his own existence in ancient times as well as each and every one of us today.
The Path of Kabbalah written by Rav Michael Laitman PhD leaves nothing to be desired if you are searching for a book that will take you from Chapter One: The Beginning, through Proper Study to The Inner Meaning of the wisdom of Kabbalah and a new way to live and understand your life.
