One of the best books I've EVER read

By far the best book I've read. It opened my eyes and let me see the world and my own capabilities for what they are. I felt at peace for the first time in a long time after reading this. Unbelievable.

    Peaceful Warrior collection

On the Title it says 'The book that changes lives' and it is so true. I have meditated for years, but was never able to get my mind to focus properly. This book taught me so much. I would recommend if you only read one book this year.........this is the book!
