Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Worcester State College. His Master of Arts in Technical Communication was received at Bowling Green State University. Currently, Rich is working on several writing projects: completing his fantasy series, the Aglaril Cycle, a collection of poetry, and two collections of short stories.
