Great diet regimen to lose weight consistently and to keep it off. The book provides specific menus for men and women with specific food combinations and amounts. I find it helpful because I never had a diet structure I could follow in perpetuity. I would start doing well but then fall back to junk. This plan has helped to keep me focused and it teaches me to take care of myself. I recommend it. Great read.
