Editorial Reviews

'Kitab' on MTV Al-Loubnaniya, August 11, 2012 - Karen Boustany
Karim El Koussa is an award-winning Lebanese author of rapid rising world-wide recognition. His novel, 'The Phoenician Code' is indeed equal to works written by big big novelists. It's a book that makes everyone think hard about the possible truth that Israel has no valid proof for its biblical existence on the historical, archaeological, and religious fronts, and that Jesus Christ could well be Phoenician and not Jew. It's indeed a bold text with plenty of action -- would be a great movie.

Powerful - check it out - you won't regret it

The Phoenician Code is not an ordinary novel with a twisting plot of action like the Davinci Code. This book is something else, of different order with a powerful revelation. You may be shocked, but it makes you think a lot about the 'facts' the pages reveal one after the other.

The Phoenician Code captured my interest immediately. You are put into the correct perspective from the beginning. It can help prepare your mind for truth in order to see history's truth. The Phoenician Code talks about the journey of some Lebanese and their origin and beliefs. It is now 3rd on my favorite book list behind Bible and Jesus the Phoenician. It reveals the mystery of the Holy Grail and the ancient religions of Lebanon's Holy Land...

Abound with respectively compelling proofs, the writer sailed on a thrilling journey to flick the aged dust that had been covering deliberately some facts about a civilization that spearheaded a new ever since evolving world; the Canaano-Phoenician civilization. I excitedly enjoyed a smooth reading and I do highly recommend it. Enjoy the quest.
