    bad luck, can't read this book yet!

    Sorry, every time who try to open it an alert saying "can not open this protected book", my money gone from my card, but to read it, NO!. called many times costumer services one time, just one , can reach a person and not a answer machine with non ending Menus, but she was in another country and barely speak english, Resolve? NO, then, I paid for but can not read yet, what to do? It is Up to You B & N, !!!!!
