Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher

"The fast and true road to a woman's shamanic power lies in her womb and in the flow of her menses. If that statement startles you, you need to read this book. If you agree with it, you need to read this book. Here you will find options to manage your fertility, guidance for listening to your belly, and the loving embrace of sisterhood."  —Susun Weed, author, Wise Woman Herbal series

A must read for every woman! Mom's especially give to your daughters!

I found this to be the most informative book I have ever read! This is a must read for every woman, especially those just hitting puberty and women in their 20's. Before you go and take a pill to help you control your fertility, read this book. No one should want 4x the amount of hormones in their body by taking the pill when you can manage it naturally. Educate yourself and tell every woman you know about it once you read this book. It will forever change your outlook, I promise.
