    Goes beyond Personality tests!

This book is an excellent resource for business managers, HR professionals or any other person who oversees a team of individuals. It enables the reader to understand not only their own communication style but also the style of the people with whom they are communicating so that they can ensure that their interactions are more effective. I always have about 20 copies of this book in my office and hand it out whenever people come to me because of conflicts they are having with teammembers. After reading it, we discuss how they can implement it to improve their relationships. Invariably I will be told how insightful the book is and how glad they are that they've read it. It has turned many dysfunctional teams into highly functioning units. I recommend this book very highly.
