About the Author

Phillip Tsen was a global leader of IBM offshoring management for over 15 years. He started his career as an artist and a textile designer. When the US textile industry turned to offshoring, he changed his profession and earned his Computer Science degree from Columbia University. Later, he became a software engineer at Bell Labs/AT&T before being outsourced to IBM to work as a Project Manager. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and they have two daughters.
