Empty promises - Book delayed by 2 1/2 months

The book was scheduled to be available on October 1, 2011. I pre-ordered this book so I could prepare for the PMI-ACP exam during the Pilot Program. Note that the exam fee is $435 and if you pass the exam prior to November 30th, you would receive a 20% rebate ($86). On October 1st, I received an email that the book was delayed. After a few days I found out that the new publication date was February 15, 2012. I cancelled my order and chose other means for preparing for the exam. Great idea for a book, poor delivery.
