excellent book for the amateur who enjoys cooking

The book is well worth the price just for its Buffalo wings. The baked clams are the best I had. This cook book is one of my favorites in my collation of cook books.

    Outstanding recipies

I have tried over the years to use ordinary recipies for beef, chicken and lamb to cook venison, pheasant and waterfowl, with limited success. My girlfriend gave me this book recently for my birthday and I finally have a cookbook that is useful for cooking without trying to adapt the recipe. The author did a fine job of compiling these recipies in one book.
