Meet the Author

Christopher C. Horner is a Senior Fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, where he oversees legal matters involving environment and energy issues, international environmental treaties, and climate policy. He received his Juris Doctorate and the Judge Samuel Breckenridge Award for Advocacy from Washington University. A practicing attorney in Washington, D.C., Mr. Horner works on a legal and policy level with numerous think tanks and policy organizations throughout the world.

Jeff Riggenbach has narrated more than fifty titles for Blackstone Audio. An author, contributing editor, and producer, he has worked for the last thirty years in radio in San Francisco, earning a "Golden Mike" Award for his work.
