Meet the Author
Linda K. Fuller is a professor of Communications at Worcester State University and currently a senior fellow at Northeastern University. She recevied her Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts and is the author or (co)editor of more than 20 books and 250+ professional publications and conference reports, including with Palgrave Macmillan: Sport, Rhetoric, and Gender: Historical Perspectives and Media Representations (2006; http://www.LKFullerSport.com); African Women’s Unique Vulnerabilities to HIV/AIDS: Communication Perspectives and Promises (2008), and Women, War, and Violence: Personal Perspectives and Global Activism (co-editor, 2010). The recipient of Fulbright awards to Singapore and Senegal, she chairs her local (Wilbraham, MA) public access cable television station.
