This is a powerful little book. It explains that 90 percent of what you do everyday is habit, and that the only way to create permanent change in your life is to change your habits. It also explains an easy-to-implement, step-by-step method for changing habits and establishing routines to 'live intentionally' instead of haphazardly. It's rare that a self-help book really leads to substantial change in the reader's life. This book did that for me. After reading this book, over the last four months, I'm well on my way to getting out of terrible credit card debt, and have stuck to a budget that will soon have me out of financial bondage. I had terrible spending habits and no self-control, which nearly lead to my financial ruin. This book is directly responsible for me changing that. Great book.
