This book explains why you need to have these skills, what it looks like if you do not have them and most importantly what to do when you set out to practice.  I tried the guidelines the author speaks about twice this week and I did great!  Normally, I'd be a wimp or complain to others and not to the party that I had a problem with.  Heartily recommend this book and wish they'd teach these skills in school.
