    Loved this book

    I've read almost all of Stormie Omartian books, I'm a devoted follower of her writtings and think this is one of her finer books. She is so helpful , I feel I have a very strong faith, she just helps you put so much of what you are thinking and learning into order and clearity, and we can all use that. this book was just what (I) was looking for because I feel it, I live it, and I know it, but this book helped me put into my own words during prayer. She brings you closer to your God. And I think we need more of that.

    Great for quiet times

    I bought this for me- just to have a new reading in my quiet time - went on vacation to visit my sister - and ended up leaving it with her - she was thrilled! Now I have to get myself another one! Enjoy the short daily chapters with the scripture - interesting and helped identify things we don't think about when we are 'just reading' the Bible.

    Wonderful Understanding of the Bible

    Stormie gives easy detail and meaning to scriptures chosen in her book, with a beautiful prayer for you to follow in divine spirit. You will recieve the Holy Spirit and Gods message if you pray her prayers to help you in good times as well as difficult times. I use these inspirations throughtout my prayer journals to give my prayers a more spiritual personal closeness to God. Thank you Stormie so much for helping me get so close to the Lord, our Savior.

    Wonderful!

    I am newly married and I want to do everything I can do to empower my husband through the powerful weapon of prayer. I would recommend this for any wife or even a wife to be. Stormie Omartian always does a brilliant job by just writing a bit on the topic then backing everything up with scriptures and at the end providing a prayer using the scriptures and positive speaking over your husband. I will read this book over and over again.
