I have attended one of Dr. Brooks' workshops on building resiliency in children and was inspired to read this book. It is a wonderful read. Dr. Brooks offers exercises in building resiliency in 'self.' If everyone read this book, the world would be a much happier, more peaceful place. Good luck on your road to self-discovery!
