Heart disease is one of my health issues. This book details the causes of disease, states that a plant-based diet can reverse heart disease and gives many recipes to get the processes of recovery started. Food has always been my drug of choice. Changing old and unhealthy habits is proving to be tedious, however, with this book close-by, I can regain my focus. As yet, I have not mastered my eating habits, and I will not in the very near future, but I will continue to try and be grateful for this informative book to guide me towards regaining my health.
