Madison's alcoholic womanizing father had run up a gambling debt with the local gangster and he was threatening to sell his sister into sex slavery and make life for his family very uncomfortable.

Madison had already been set up to take the fall for a rival while working his way up the corporate ladder and lost his six figure income and license to work in his profession. Taking a job as a gym teacher in a local public school he overhears a wager being propositioned about the school's misfit and misunderstood Librarian Stacy Lowe. Needing money to save his family, Madison decides to take them upon the offer to deflower and dump Stacy in order to earn money to save his family.

Stacy the eldest daughter of two girls was born with birth defects; a cleft palate and a congenital eye disease that requires trifocals to see. All her life she has lived in the shadows of her beautiful Sports Illustrated model sister Lynn watching her date, be loved and adored by men.

Like any other woman, Stacy wants to be loved, cherish and adored but has given up hope until a chance encounter brings the very handsome and most sought after eligible bachelor into her life. Afraid to hope and believe that he actually has true feelings for her, she decides to take him up on his offer and go out with him; if for no other reason than to create some beautiful memories for her old age. What happens when she accidentally overhears about the wager to deflower her and post the video of it on youtube? Can the two of them forgive and overcome this act of cruelty to find love and happiness?
