    Very practical and easy to incorporate into my life! Before I purchased this book I figured that I could find all the info I needed about curing my allergy problem online. Well, over the course of the week I probably spent about 14 hours searching and reading internet sites. The information that I gathered was either biased (because they were selling something), repetitive, stuff I already knew or downright contradictory to what other websites were saying. My point is that EVERY single USEFUL thing that I managed to find on the web about allergies is already contained in this book! I just wished that I had started here and not wasted a week of my free time.
