I am a high school sophomore who had to do a research project and I found this book to be very useful but a little hard to understand at first. It was a pretty long book and a little confusing at some points but when you re -  read it, it makes more sense. This book gave a lot of details of historical events, how they made pyramids, what they founded and many more things. Each chapter of this book was a role in either building the pyramids or what happened thats historical. I think the biggest thing that really helped was all the figures of the pyramids sculptures and how they made it, the figures were a lot of help. There is also charts in the back that really help explain the major pyramids and their kings. I also liked how they sometimes showed in this book how they made the pyramids and under ground chambers and what they found. In this book it mentions almost everything you need to know about the pyramids, religious groups, dynasties, constructions and why these pyramids have purpose. Overall these book really helped me and is a good source for research projects.
