Meet the Author

An award-winning journalist with experience in many markets as a local television anchor and reporter, Dari Alexander is currently the main anchor for Fox 5 News in New York City, with an average of three million viewers each night. A reporter for Fox News for ten years, she has also anchored Fox & Friends and Fox News Live hours. Alexander also trained as a chef in New York and Paris, where she learned how to create recipes that are both delicious and healthy. She lives in New York City with her husband and two children.

With all of the things that could affect our health, this book is a much needed addition to my life. I recently lost ten pounds  using "The Hungry Chick Dieting Solution" and I am trying to keep it going. So far so good.

Very simple and clear, healthy, sensible diet and cookbook. Highly recommended. Can't go wrong. And it's quite beautiful actually.

While the information contained in this book does seem like "nothing new", I think the day-by-day (14 day) menu planner with recipes is very easy to follow.  I had great success using it, and was happy with the results.

Awful, there is absolutely nothing new here. What a waste of money. She spends most of the book describing fruit, vegetables, and spices--information on can obtain on the Internet if one wishes to be that bored. The recipes are meh.
