The message was written by the late Sheikh Muhammad al-Khouli, one of the most prominent orators and preachers of his time. He was an exceptional man. He was a teacher at the Sharia judiciary and Dar al-Ulum. The Egyptian Ministry of Education had asked him to give a lecture on the Holy Qur'an, but he died while preparing it. We have seen the general benefit of this lecture. To publish it, and it has been appended with two words, one of which is by Hazrat Muhammad Jad, may God protect you, on the impact of the Holy Qur'an on moral conditions, and the other is composed by Sheikh Hussein Khalil.
