People when writing reviews, make sure you read the book so you don't affect the overall rating of the story with your inane comments that have nothing to do with how you view the story. Who cares if someone's grammar isn't the best? Stop judging people for little things like spelling and grammar because these things are not affecting your ability to live life. Really cute story about mistakes and how acknowledging them can help someone else. A must read :)

I thought this was a very good story with a good lesson in it. I read the reviews on all books and tho i relate to people who wish for more out of a short story, they need to understand the value of a short story and why they are written. When we were young and first started reading the stories were actually little short stories but as a child we could read them over and ever and have dreams to last all night. Its the same now as teens and adults, it all comes down to how we approach the short story when we sit to read it. It would have been ok for more info on the angels life before death but then it wouldn't be a short story but a novella. What we read in these 45 to 46 pages was enough for the story and this author did it well. I love a 900 plus page novel most of the time but some days all that information, characters and plot i just have to break away from for something short and good. I say enjoy reading in all forms and lengths.

This was a quick read. It was very good. I don't know much about the author, but this would make an excellent book if she would make it into a longer one. The Railway Angel seemed to me like it was a chapter or two out of a bigger book, and if the author could write more chapters leading up to Lizzie's death, and more chapters once she became a full guardian angel, it would be worth five stars.

Sorry, but it would be a disservice to an author who wants honest critiques on their work not to mention the technical aspects of a book. You can still give it a high rating for the content, but how do they improve without honest feedback. As for as it affecting your life, a terrible story with no plot and empty characters would not do that either. That is not really the point. Authors ask for our comments. We should be honest with them even if it is uncomfortable. That is why many of them offer their books for free. They want our critique.

People when writing reviews, especially if you are complaining about the grammar and spelling mistakes, please, please make sure your review does not contain misspellings and that words aren't missing - otherwise how can we take you seriously? I haven't read the book yet, but I got irked by some of the reviews.

This book reads like it was written by someone with a poor grasp of the english language. A great deal of the sentences don't even make sense. This story might worth reading after some heavy editing.
