About the Author

Matt Amsden has established himself as one of the world’s premier raw food chefs. He founded his raw food delivery business, the first of its kind, to supply prepared raw meals throughout the United States. Matt lives with his wife, Janabai, and their twin sons, Cochise and Guthrie, in Topanga, California.
