    This is a great book to learn from.

    I used this book as a companion study guide to the Baron's 'How to prepare for the ASVAB' study guide. This book has a great section on mechanics. I say get this book and at least one other book to help you. After all, I got a 99 on the test and it is because I used the books and memorized a lot of the theories and formulas. It will definitely make a difference.
