Loads of good advice and loads of great recipes. If you have diabetes or simply want to eat more healthily but don't want to compromise on flavour then this is a great book for you. The instructions to make each dish are straightforward. I've made several of the recipes now and I haven't had a problem understanding what I had to do. I also haven't had any disasters, which is unusual for me!
