This is a wonderful book, it has history and recipes from our Armenian ancestors, like the ones that our relatives didn't pass down to us, of course they never wrote anything down either...the recipes are just like what I use to enjoy as a child in our family, if you like and want to eat Armenian food, this book is a must....
