Escape From Reality~Chapter 1

"Neo! Someone wants to see you!" I woke up from my wonderful dream. I yawned, stretching my legs and arms, trying to get my eyes adjusted. I threw my blanket off to the side of my bed, and jumped down the stairs. I rushed to the front door. There was a man, about twice as old as me. He said,"Neo, I know you are tired but I need you to come with me." I said,"You think I would just come with you? What do you even do?" The man hesitated then said,"I work with the government and I need you to come with me right NOW." He took out his wallet and showed me his ID. I muttered,"All right, all right." He led me into a fancy black Mercedes. I went into the back seat. I didn't know what I was doing. I wasn't really controlling myself. The man turned around, held up a gun, and fired.

"Neo! Someone is waiting for you!" I gasped, thinking I was dead. I found myself back in my bed. I thaught it over, thinking if I should go down or not. After a moment I reached into my drawer. After fumbling around, I found my pocketknife. I hid it into my pocketknife. I practiced with it secretly everyday. I ran down the stairs, to the front door, took a deep breath and opened the front door. "Neo, I know you are tire-". I interrupted, "Yeah I'll go with you." He smiled and led me to the Mercedes. I reached into my pocket and clicked my knife open. I brought it out, and tapped the man's shoulder. "Hey big boy, here's a scar that'll last." He turned around, with his face confused. I slashed at his face. He screamed and I cut his throat. He slumped to the ground, a thud ringing out as he made contact with the ground. I searched his pocket. I expexted to fimd a gun, but instead I found some pills. I brought the pills out, and turned it until the instructions came up. It read,"This is iridium, a rare toxic, making the user enhanced. If used properly, the user will go "dead" and enter another world. They fall into a coma. Each century for them in the new world is a second for them in real life. They create and rule the other world as they please." I blinked, trying to process everything. If this was true, then I should be able to.... I concentrated, with my eyes closed. When I opened them, there was a can of Dr.Pepper. I drank it, feeling energized. I concentrated again, and when I opened them, I was in a black suit, a briefcase full of money, a set of ninja skills, and a gun. I headed off towards the airport. I was going to D.C tonight. I'm gonna meet hell tonight. Or should I say, hell is gonna meet me tonight.
