In addition, King briefly explains what Scientology is and then discusses whether or not Scientology is a cult. The book mentions some famous Scientologists such as Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, John Travolta, Lisa-Marie Presley, and Paul Haggis, but this is only in reference to actions or claims that are relevant to the theology of Scientology. Curious

I was just curious to know about this religion. I hear so many things about it good and bad. I thought it did a a good job explaning the fundamentals. I prob will have to buy another book to find out about scientology more. A more indepth book about it cause this book only had 38 pages.

    Easy overview of Scientology

I found this slim volume to be very informative. If you want to know the basic tenants to Scientology, this is the book for you.
From reading this book I easily understood why celebrities are drawn to the teachings of L.Ron Hubbard.
