I read this to my 4th grade class every year. Each day they can not wait to hear the next chapter! They love listening for clues to solve the many 'riddles' in this book and, at the same time, they learn so much about the revolutionary war in our state, Pennsylvania.

I thought that The Riddle of Pencroft Farm was an awesome book I loved how it had a mystery and a historical fiction I thought there was great description.

this book was very exciting..the stories from the ghost soon became interminable, but very well written otherwise.
