    New Edition Forthcoming

The new edition of this valuable ACLU handbook -- renamed 'The Rights of Lesbians, Gay Men, Bisexuals and Transgender People' -- will be released at the end of 2003. It will include the most up-to-date analysis of LGBT civil rights law, including the Supreme Court's historic decision in Lawrence v. Texas. While the 3d edition is valuable for historical reference, most readers will prefer the new and updated 4th edition. Advanced purchases will soon be available at bn.com
