I already own Quick Fix Meals and thought it would be great to check out Robin's new cookbook. As with the other, I am so happy I did. I like the way the chapters are laid out, with a nice breakfast section too--we have breakfast for dinner often around here! I am not a completely novice cook, but I do appreciate recipes with few ingredients and being able to prepare them in a fairly timely manner. Occasionally there are ingredients (usually stronger cheeses!) that the kiddos don't always care for, but I can usually make do with a sub or without.
