Although their only album is more a melange of interesting elements than a coherent whole, the Rockets' sole release does make for enjoyable, occasionally intriguing listening. Danny Whitten's "Won't You Say You'll Stay" has a downbeat introspection, and imaginative baroque'n'roll production with harpsichords and gun-shot drum effects, that most likely appealed to Neil Young.
