Victoria Connelly was brought up in Norfolk and studied English literature at Worcester University before becoming a teacher in North Yorkshire. After getting married in a medieval castle and living in London for eleven years, she moved to rural Suffolk with her artist husband and ever-increasing family of animals.     Another example of what Victoria is great at ! 
    Believable storylines and characters you feel like you know ~ places so well described you feel you're there. Although with this one, having lived in the Scottish Highlands, it def was realistic for me !

    Fave quote? 
    'This isn't a Jane Austen novel. You're allowed to tell a man how you feel and not wait for him to call upon you first...' :)

    Deftly handled with Ms Connelly's characteristic 'lite' touch!

    Makes you appreciate friendship

    I fell in love with Ms. Connely after reading the first Darcy book and am HOOKED on her ability to understand real emotions and captivate me within every character. She has a great humor throughout the stories and just enough romance and intrigue to keep you reading every last word.
