You could find yourself a slick commercial cookbook with some pictures of runners and maybe three or four recipes you'd actually cook. OR you could buy this title, probably the most honest cookbook for runners you'll ever encounter, and in addition to finding some recipes you'll actually try yourself (I recommend Kara Goucher's chicken and vegetable stir-fry or Deena Kastor's pumpkin lasagna) you'll also see a new side of some of your favorite professional runners. In other words, it's worth the time to read the recipes you don't cook.
