What's happened to the format of the Bee lately? Since late August the regular print format has disappeared and only main articles are showing up on a blacked-out screen of the Nook I own. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem...Have notified B&N and they said it was an app issues and sent info to tech dept.....but that was three weeks ago and nothing has changed. .Am most disappointed and would like someone to answer as to what's wrong ...Can somebody help me? Thanks .MJ

This digital version lacks a lot of wire-service content -- such as the more interesting national and international stories. Now I don't mind missing the comics that much, but quite a few wire stories on major events (e.g. bombings, Cleveland kidnapping) were plain missing.

Currently, I am missing two issues of the newspaper. B&N did not notify me of the problem, I had to call them. They still can't tell me what to expect. They are blaming the hurricane on the East Coast, even though the newspaper is local and I'm on the West Coast. This might be tolerable if it didn't happen regularly. I should be able to get the paper in the morning at 6 a.m., before I leave for work, but many times the paper doesn't arrive until after my commute, at 7 a.m. B&N blames the Bee, and the Bee blames B&N. I like the Bee, I don't like B&N.
