Editorial Reviews

Library Journal - Library Journal
Robertson, a freelance writer and photographer, has created a curious but useful book, drawing equally from the disciplines and precepts of many world traditions. Despite the apparent promise of the title, his book is inspirational, not salacious. He shows readers, for instance, how to arrange a bedroom, more or less according to the principles of Feng Shui, for maximum good fortune; how to sacralize and ritualize encounters in the bedroom for maximum benefit, etc. This book will offend none but the most Grundyish, and it will help many. We spend one third or more of our lives in our bedrooms, and Jon Robertson has written an absolutely fabulous book to tell us how to enhance this part of our lives through creating a bedroom sanctuary. His book is chock full of useful information, from how to use the ancient energizing art of Feng Shui, to exploring the timeless intimacies of romance, sex and love. I plan to give this book as a gift, because EVERYONE has a bedroom and will enjoy this treasure.

This book makes you reconsider just what a sacred space this often neglected room really is. A very helpful book and a fabulous gift idea! Many thanks to a great author for a new 'awakening' in the bedroom. Now, can you help me with my garage...
