Swami Kripananda, a devotee of Swami Muktananda, and a master in his own right, is a skillful author. His approach is to share everything, keeping nothing back in the same manner as Baba Muktananda. This makes for very enlightening reading. Information about kundalini, a secret hidden for ages, is available today in a deluge of printed materials. What to read? Which to buy? This book gives a lot of information for the novice in an easy to understand format. It also includes some tips for intermediate kundalini yoga practitioners. It is a valued part of my library which has an outstanding collection of books on this genre. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
