Editorial Reviews

American Scouting Digest
After reading through, I have to admit that I am impressed. The quotes are very relevant to the Scout Law, not biased towards anything other than Scouting, and diverse enough to please most audiences. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that not only was this book useful, but that it was also thought provoking.

A must have for all scouters

Mr. Flaherty has captured the very essence of what Scouting is all about. He has used his extensive Scouting experience to put in writing many thought provoking and easy to remember core values. He has found a way to look at our heritage and use quality quotes from the past to enhance our everyday lives. I find this book a must read for all young men. Great item to keep by the nightstand for future reference and reflection.

You can judge this book by its cover!

There are 100 million boy scout alumni in the world - and they should all have a copy of this book. This is most effective way I've seen of putting the Boy Scout Law into perspective - the quotes add perfect emphasis of what it means to adhere to the twelve values of the Scout Law. Our political and business leaders would do well to have a copy of this book in their briefcase!
