Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher
"This book reflects the modern Clicquot lifestyle, from the simple act of gathering the grapes to a profile of young cellar master Dominique Demarville. The style of the house is reflected in a series of photos from the horse- and car-racing world, yachting, polo and lush garden parties. Soothe winter nights with recipes from Chez l’Ami Louis in Paris. Comfort yourself with a bit of foie gras, easy duck confit, roast chicken or a stack of pommes frites. For summer, buffets of small plates and elegant raspberry macaroons are inspirational. The same may be said of a selection of poolside recipes created by Damien Montecer, executive chef at Hotel Santa Teresa in Rio De Janeiro. These dishes — and their presentation — will fit right in at any elegant party..." ~Palm Beach Daily News

    Wonderful book, perfect gift!

Great book with wonderful photos of special events. The recipes look wonderful, but I have not tried making them. I love this book, and gave it as a gift... it was a big hit. Brilliant marketing!
