    The Best Book on Gnosticism out there!

    Nevermind the title -- this is a scholarly work! Doresse gives a fantastic, comprehensive history of Gnosticism and related mystic/ascetic traditions, a complete translation of The Gospel of Thomas, and a summary of the contents of the Codices found at Chenoboskion with a wry sense of humor and an erudite understanding of the topic. And under $10! You can't beat it!
