Meet the Author

Dr. Dale Arthur Fife's enthusiasm and hunger for God are contagious. He is a gifted pastor, teacher, musician, author, and church planter with more than four decades of experience in ministry. His zeal for God has led him on an incredible journey from his first pastorate in a small, rural church in a coal-mining town outside of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, to the cofounding of a multiracial inner-city church in Pittsburgh. Dale and his wife, Eunice, now provide apostolic leadership at SonPointe Church, a growing congregation in Bradenton, Florida. Together, they founded and oversee Mountain Top Ministries, a network of pastors, leaders, and para-church ministries. They travel throughout the United States and overseas ministering in churches and at conferences and Bible colleges. Dale's books, The Secret Place and The Hidden Kingdom, bless and encourage thousands to seek a closer walk with Jesus.

A must read for those who are hungry for a deeper, more intimate realationship with God.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! The author candidly shares the details of his close encounters with Jesus in a way that made me long for the same closeness. The revelatory truth contained in this book is presented in a manner that anyone can understand. Dr. Fife carefully lays out his 'Enoch' walks with the Lord in a manner that will make readers desire access to 'the Secret Place'. If you are tired of going through the motions, by completing 'religious' rituals, and yearn for a closer more intimate relationship with the Lord, the Secret Place will bless you tremendously.

Highly Recommended - you must check it out!!

This book is right there next to the bible; left side or the right side. I have read this book --five times. The reading doesn't get old; it is a must read. If you don't believe in journaling your Christian walk on a daily basis; you will after you read this book. This book was "monumental" in my personal move from one state to another. Enoch is mentioned; wow. Jesus "signature method" of journaling "our walks with him." The "road to Damascus" with Paul. This is a library MUST! The book is deep, detailed and dynamic! My heart pitter patters each time I see the book. When I read it over and over; something else within its pages penetrates my spirit! This book shows you how wonderful Jesus is. He wants to be with us, he wants to spend time with us. With this book you WANT to spend time with him. The "Forest of Deception" takes a while to comprehend. The travels within the spirit realm, what the church has done to his people; Jesus says too; enough. I love this book,if I see this book on the shelf I pick it up again. It is great to give this book to your children, their own personal copy.

    thought provoking!

I personally disagree with some ideas here but I do have to say that the book makes you think and makes you want to study to know your Savior more than ever before so I guess that is the best thing about the book.
