This is an excellent book for people who want to follow a low-carb diet. It has everything in it including what to expect from a low-carb diet, a comparison of the different low-carb plans, tips to break plateaus, advice from low-carb dieters who have actually been eating this way, sources of where to get low-carb products and on-line support, and answers to common questions and problems that may arise. I can't recommend this book enough for people following a low-carb way of eating. So often low-carb is done incorrectly or people inadvertently eat something they shouldn't. That's why it's so important to read as much as you can about this way of eating. This book is a great companion to the book for the low-carb plan you follow.Was this review helpful?
