I have been listening to the CD for two weeks now. Not every day, but often. I find that two things are happening. One is that I am more relaxed about making changes to my eating habits and exercise. Another is that I am sleeping a lot better. I have pretty much been able to just stop eating at bedtime, which is a biggie for me. I honestly don't know 100% of what is on the CD's though, because there are points where I am deep enough in trance to not be getting the words. But something is getting through to me subconsciously. Just for reference, I am not on any particular diet. I am working with my doctor, keeping a food and exercise log and trying to eat a balanced diet between 1400 and 1600 calories. So far I am down about 10 pounds in two months, but during the time that I have been listening to the CDs, it has been much easier to bear the idea of being watchful of what I am eating.
