Filled with self-preservation and survival information

If you are looking for information to survive anything from loss of home power to a hurricane that has wiped out your whole town, you need to purchase the Self-Reliance Manifesto. The author not only shares his knowledge of survival, gained through his own experiences, but also recommends the products that should be in your household items for any survival situation. There is even information on catching wild animals for food and gathering wild plants for food and medicinal purposes.
If I had to fault this book on anything, it would be the cover and a few of the photos inside which look like they were left over from the 1960's. However, the majority of photos, the illustrations and the information content are certainly worth having.
