This book is a "must read" if you are serious about self improvement and taking control of your mind. It requires some thought and dedication, so only take the diet when you are fully prepared. Realize that it doesn't mean you won't have negative thoughts, because everyone does. It means you learn to NOT dwell on them, to re-route your thought process, and it's a great feeling to have.
