Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher
"…are thorough in describing the symptoms experienced by people who have severe mental illnesses, as well as many of the goals professionals have when working with people who are diagnosed with these illnesses. The book mirror each other, and are organized alphabetically, making them easy to use. They could serve as a good reference for professionals needing ideas when creating treatment plans and documenting services with people who have severe and persistent mental illness." Treatment Planning Made Easy

Having recently graduated from the University of Michigan's MSW program I found myself as a new clinician in a community mental health agency having to write treatment plans for the serious and persistently mentally ill from day one. Several months later I stumbled upon this book which made my life so much easier! The goals and objectives appropriate for the majority of my clients were easy to find and met all the agency's policy guidelines and requirements.
