The 'Sexual Contract' is one of the best books in feminist literature. This book explains the flaws in engaging in contracts when one is a woman. She insists that women cannot engage in contracts freely because they were never included in the social realm to begin with. Perhaps this is the wrong way to put it, but to me this book sort of clarified the difference between old patriarchal thought and modern contract law. It is a must read for all women and men who question the norms of society. The book is marvelous. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
